Sweet and Salty Roasted Butternut Squash
Cut your butternut squash lengthwise and remove seeds
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Add 1 teaspoon of butter or margarine to each half
Sprinkle 1/2 Tbsp of brown sugar to each half
Roast in oven at 400 for 30-40 minutes or until fork tender
Makes 2 servings at 1 point each
